No Refund Policy
Our products are downloadable magazines and eBooks. therefore we have a strict no refund policy. Once you purchase the item, you receive an instant download and once you have the product you have consumed the product.
Downloadable products are non-returnable and therefore do not qualify for refund. Upon purchase you will be emailed download instructions. All digital magazines and eBooks are in PDF format and require a PDF Reader to open and view the files.
IMPORTANT! If you have any issue downloading your products, please contact our help desk at help@me-publications.com. Customer services hours are Monday thru Friday 9AM-4PM Central Time. All emails are answered same or next business day IF/WHEN you are a customer. Please include any order number, transaction ID, name and email on order, so we may easily identify you to help. Any other inquiries submitted from non-customers will be answered in the order in which received within 2-3 business days. Any marketing emails or solicitation will be mark as spam, deleted and blocked.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We do our best to be as transparent as possible before you purchase, and in some instances offer a sample preview for nominal fee, so that you have no reason to dispute your purchase. We do our best to protect your privacy and uphold a strict code of confidentiality with all customers. However, be aware that chargebacks and disputes interfere with and can cost us our ability to do business online. If a chargeback is initiated, we are required to provide detailed information to your credit card or payment method issuer regarding your specific purchase, transaction(s), and your activity to show that you have downloaded your products.
Credit Card Statement or Payment Method transaction will identify us as MEPublications or ME Publications or a shortened version, eg. MEPublic.

All of our products are all registered copyrights, exclusively created, owned, and licensed by us. Our products are strictly for use and consumption by customers only. You may NOT distribute, give away, sell, transfer, share, or otherwise give any other person access to the products you purchase from our website in any way, shape, or form whatsoever. You may not edit or modify our files in any way, shape, or form as strictly prohibited by law.
